Spatial computing headsets (Apple VisionOS, Meta Orion, Android XR), AI world-model crawlers (3D Gaussian Splatting / NeRF / LiDAR street fleets), and autonomous delivery drones increasingly monetize or scrape 3D building envelopes without a standardized permission or royalty layer.

VOXEL DEED provides:
